13. Review and Discuss Communication Plan for Temporarily Eliminating the
Administrative Reimbursement Costs to Participants (Jay Castellano)
The DCAC accepted this presentation.
14. Discuss Terminated Participants With De Minimis Account Balances (Empower,
Innovest, County)
The DCAC had questions about minimizing adverse impacts to participants with de
minimis accounts such as transferring assets directly to new/current employers and
about the process for liquidating the accounts along with the associated
communication plan. Staff and consultants will return with more information at an
upcoming DCAC meeting.
15. Discuss Agenda for 2023 DCAC Retreat (Jay Castellano)
This agenda item was deferred to the November 2 DCAC meeting.
