Contract-Level Calculations

• The SAGIC Book Value Account Balance and Market Value Account Balance were reconstructed using historical

data, taking into consideration all charges being set to the agreed-to (contractual) levels

• As a consequence of this reconstruction, revisions to the historical and current crediting rates were determined
