Innovest provided some metrics of the metrics identified in last year’s Retreat and
noted that the ability to fully report against last year’s goals was adversely impacted
by the mid-year transition from MassMutual’s recordkeeping system to Empower’s
recordkeeping system. Innovest will draft an updated set of goals and objectives for
2024 based recent issues and newly available data, and will request DCAC approval in
the February 22, 2024, meeting.

9. Discuss Evaluation Process for Wendy Dominguez
Investment Consultant (30 minutes)

Innovest noted that the 2023 evaluation process is currently underway and encouraged
all DCAC members to respond to the survey. Innovest will also add primary support
staff to the survey distribution. Results will be presented and discussed in the next
DCAC meeting on February 22, 2024.
