PURPOSE
"The Investment Is You!" was a women's financial
empowerment campaign launched by the San Mateo County
Benefits Division and Empower in May–June 2025, offering
tools, trainings, and one-on-one advisor sessions. This
analysis compares contribution data from 2024 and 2025 to
assess whether investment patterns shifted following the
comprehensive campaign.
