3. Review and Approval of Recommendations for Vanguard Target-Date Funds CIT and the
EUPAC ISA (Rick Rodgers)
The DCAC accepted this presentation. No action taken while staff asks the County
Attorney’s Office to review the CIT and ISA provider agreements (in that order) to
determine if the Venue/Jurisdiction clause of those agreements (i.e., the venue in
which legal disputes would be settled) could be acceptable to the County.

Plan Document and Budget (Kim Pearson)
