a fund created track the entire U.S.
Equity Market. –As such, it has exposure to large‐, mid‐, and small‐capitalization companies. •Given the overlapping exposure, participants may gain a false sense of diversification if invested in VTSAX in tandem with another Vanguard equity index fund. While the amount allocated to a specific stock may differ, the table on the right shows the amount of overlap that other domestic equity index funds have with VTSAX.
