Key personnel must have at least 10 years of

Experience representing public agencies
comparable in size to the County
Ability to advise on all plans as provided in the
RFP
Ability to work as a co-fiduciary
Ability to meet on site, at least quarterly, with
committee
Ability to provide advanced materials to the
committee for review prior to meetings, 4 times
per year
Unconditional agreement to insurance
requirements
