            This program is a continuous, automated outreach designed to drive engagement with the plan that
            focuses on key behaviors: enrolling, participating, saving, investing and account management.
            Personalized messages are sent to employees based on identified needs and recommended next steps.
            Each message is triggered based on behavior, activity or the reaching of a milestone.

            The plan name, logo, phone number and website URL as well as plan features are included in these
            communications. Metrics will be provided to help us understand engagement and to inform ongoing
            messaging.
