Excessive Fees: Investment Fees / Share Classes
Complaint alleges the plan sponsor allowed participants to pay excessive fees when lower-cost alternatives
were available.
Examples
• Forman v. TriHealth: Claim retail mutual fund share classes were offered when lower-gross institutional
share classes were available. Assert the mean cost was 86bps when an alleged mean of 41bps was
available.
