DEFERRED COMPENSATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE Minutes for February 27, 2025
All five of the plans have elected the Federally-Declared Disaster provision. All have been
completed. The DCAC requested monitoring and reporting of distributions taken relative to any of
the SECURE 2.0 provisions elected by the County, not limited to the Federally-Declared Disaster
Provision. Empower will follow-up on its reporting capabilities.
