14. Discuss and Approve Remotiv Assessment Platform (Kim Pearson)

A motion was made to approve the Remotiv Assessment Platform for $50,000 per year for three
years with an option to extend for two years with authorization for the Director of Human
Resources or designee to increase the total obligation by no more than $25,000 as long as the
modification is within fiscal provisions.

15. Discussion of NAGDCA Participation/Award Nomination (Kim Pearson)

Interest in attending NAGDCA was expressed by Chair Okada, Member Aponte and Kim Pearson.

In addition, the Colorado Public Plan Coalition Annual Conference, August 26-29, was discussed as
an additional educational opportunity for the DCAC. Though the CPPC’s primary invitees are from
within Colorado, the topics—driven by the federal Internal Revenue Code and Labor Code—are
relevant. Also, the pricing is virtually the same as those of NAGDCA.

If DCAC members and/or staff attend the CPPC Conference, it may be necessary to reschedule the
August 28 DCAC meeting.

Staff will facilitate further discussions regarding NAGDCA and CPPC and prepare recommendations
for the May 22 DCAC meeting.

16. Discussion of Women’s Investment Campaign and Metrics (Kim Pearson)

The DCAC accepted this presentation.
