• At least 3-year track record showing reasonable risk-adjusted returns

• CIT/ISA mirrors the mutual fund strategy with no major notable difference in philosophy,
process, style, performance, or team

• Innovest clients are not the seed investor

• AUM is at least $500 million across all share classes of CIT/ISA
Client assets do not comprise more than 10% of total CIT/ISA strategy AUM (client

specific)
