If any employee has any question about their eligibility or entry into the drawing, please contact the
Human Resources Benefit Manager prior to the date of the drawing.

               6. Tax Implications

All incentive rewards are considered taxable income under IRS guidelines and will be reported
               accordingly.

No employee is entitled to an incentive reward or has any expectation that they will be selected in
the random drawing. The incentive reward payments are not paid as a result of an employee’s work
or service for the County, and have no connection to any employee’s work hours or performance.
               7. Program Evaluation

The Program will be reviewed after each drawing to ensure alignment with the Deferred
Compensation Advisory Committee’s strategic goals, employee engagement outcomes, and
available budget. Adjustments to incentive amounts or qualifying activities may be made at the
sole discretion of the Human Resources Director. Subsequent incentive drawings will be
announced prior to or during the eligibility period. The County is under no obligation to hold
               multiple incentive drawings.

               8. Disclaimer

Participation in the Financial Wellness Incentive Plan is wholly voluntary and does not constitute a
guarantee of continued employment or benefit eligibility. The County reserves the right to modify,
suspend, or terminate this Plan at any time without prior notice.
