The DCAC accepted this presentation.
Based on the discussion, the DCAC directed Innovest to prepare two recommendations
for the DCAC’s September 25 meeting:
A. Develop a replacement for the Invesco Developing Market Fund.
B. Eliminate the American Funds Fundamental Investors Fund, and map the
participants into Fidelity 500 Index Fund.
