A motion was made to approve the following attendees for the 2025 Colorado Public
Plan Coalition Annual Conference.

15. Discussion and Approval of Annual Reserve and Fund Balance Policies (Jay Castellano)

A motion was made to approve the Annual Reserve and Fund Balance Policies.

16. Discussion and Approval of 2025-26 Budget and Workplan (Jay Castellano)

A motion was made to approve the 2025-26 Budget and Workplan, including the
recommendation to do the following:
A. Reinstate the 2 basis point administrative reimbursement, effective July 1,
2025.
B. Increase the Remotiv contract by $30,000/year (from $20,000 to $50,000) as
approved by the DCAC at its meeting on February 27, 2025.
