Suspending other employer contributions















        • Options again depend on your plan document


                • Discretionary contributions generally can be stopped


                • "Fixed" or "required" contributions maybe not



                       • Review the reason for them (collective bargaining agreements, contracts, etc.)


                • Safe Harbor contributions - as discussed previously


                • Prevailing Wage contributions - talk with your legal advisor


                • Money purchase pension contributions - must provide participants with 30 days "204(h)

                    notice" and fund contributions through that period
