Description of Item for Discussion Action Taken by Committee
1. Roll Call / Public Comments The roll call was taken by voice and it was determined
that there were no members of the public on the line.
2. Protocols for Conference Call Paul notified that members should identify when they
have something to say and that any action items will be
conducted by roll call instead of general ayes and nays.
3. Minutes The minutes from both the regular quarterly meeting on
February 27, 2020 and the Special Meeting on April 15
were reviewed and both were approved unanimously.
4. Presentation of Quarterly Investment Review Jeff discussed the general market provisions in the first
quarter as well as to-date adjustments. Although the first
quarter was very poor because of the global pandemic
and markets dropped virtually across the board, April of
2020 was the best month in terms of positive returns in
