SUMMARY
Given all the above information collected during the RFP process, the selection committee
felt both of the NFP and Innovest of proposals were strong proposals that would meet the
DCAC’s consulting needs. Both are capable of helping the DCAC to meet its own fiduciary
duties and to help in the oversight of the program and the recordkeeping services.
In the end, the selection committee finds value both in retaining the incumbent, NFP—
known quantity and no transitions—and in bringing in the fresh set of eyes and ideas
represented by Innovest.
The selection committee wishes to discuss the RFP process and all of the information with
the full DCAC and to consider its perspectives.
