Gomez-Garcia reported on Empower’s initiatives in the area of on-line account access,
including our plan’s custom URL, on-line appointments, Care Center, Plan Highlights
document.

The DCAC accepted this update.

4. Oral Update on Initiatives Related to One-Fund Report

Gomez-Garcia reported on Empower’s initiatives to communicate with plan participants
who might not be using target-date funds as intended.
