Enrollment Campaign and Plan Enhancements

Four key improvements to increase plan engagement and overall

participation:

• Enabled employees to easily sign up online.

• Promoted the plans during employee onboarding while signing up

for other employee benefits.

• Used National Retirement Security Month to continue promotion.

• Enacted 457 plan enhancements to align with 403(b) plan.
