11. NFP Reporting
A. Review and Approve Provider Performance Review (Paul Hackleman)
A motion was made to accept the Empower reports as presented by NFP. No
performance penalties will be assessed for 2020 for deviations related to Call
Response and Participant Statements. The DCAC also directed that Empower provide
quarterly performance/progress reports related to Call Response and a plan for meeting
standards.
M/S/C Wentworth/Raw/8-0. Motion approved by roll call vote.
12. Presentation of New MySamCERA Mobile App (Lilibeth Dames)
The presentations were accepted as is.
13. Review and Approval of 2021-22 Budget & Workplan (County, Jay Castellano)
A. Fund Balance & Reserve Policy
A motion was made to approve the Fund Balance & Reserve Policy as
submitted.
M/S/C Wentworth/Love/8-0. Motion approved by roll call vote.
B. Budget & Workplan
A motion was made to approve the 2021-22 Budget & Workplan as submitted.
M/S/C Raw/Mejia/8-0. Motion approved by roll call vote.
