IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S CYBERSECURITY GUIDELINES

In the interest of protecting the retirement benefits of American workers, the U.S. Department of Labor
(DOL) and the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) announced new cybersecurity guide-
lines for retirement plan providers, plan sponsors, plan fiduciaries and plan participants. At Empower
