47 TH Empower Planning tool is pretty useful, but I've also started using the NewRetirement tool, 12/14/2023 5:51 PM
which has more capability. However, they have give me the same result in terms of feedback,
based on the Empower planner capabilitieis.

54 A suggestion. It would be nice for the county to organize a packet for employees who plan to 12/14/2023 5:38 PM
retire within 2-5 years. Outlining the steps they need to take, paperwork needed, deadlines to
make, other agencies (benefits, social security, medicare, medical) they need to reach out to.
It is a lot of work, and you can easily get side-tracked with your personal life, work, and the
downfall of this country.
