440 Nothing. I know the importance of saving for my retirement and always max out my 1/14/2026 1:23 PM
contributions to the 457b plan. For others, perhaps they would be motivated to save more if the
County offered a match. That the County didn't provide a match had dissuaded me from
contributing to the 457b plan when I was in my 20s. I didn't know better at the time and only
saved for retirement through an IRA. I now know it is better to max out the 457b contributions,
even without a match, than to not contribute to it at all.

451 What really helped was that my Manager contacted Empower directly and asked for them to 1/14/2026 1:19 PM
dedicate 1-2 days to come to our office. Manager then notified Supervisors of available slots
and people would fill in slots on a 15-30 minute timeframe. This was super helpful - maybe
share this with Management that personnel sometimes find it hard to contact them/don't know
how to. Taking 1 time out of the year to schedule this would be awesome for those who need
it.
