• Retiree Education—What are the priority educational needs of retirees? What are
our peer plans doing for their retirees? What are the priority programs for the
DCAC?
The above list of recommended topics is intentionally short. As part of a retreat
discussion, limiting the agenda to two topics would leave adequate time for in-depth
learning of each topic and for a deep discussion into what new initiatives the DCAC
might want for the County’s plan and how we might execute those initiatives.
Other topics that were considered but not recommended include the following.
Depending on the scope defined by the DCAC, these topics could replace either of the
above topics.
