Description of Item for Discussion Action Taken by Committee
1. Introductions Introductions of Committee members, staff, MassMutual
and NFP personnel were made. No members of the
public attended
2. Investment Policy Changes Paul introduced this item by saying that NFP was
starting a process to replace all SST Investment Policy
Statements (IPS) with the NFP template. Numerous
compliance attorneys and NFP personnel have had this
IPS for many years. The purpose of this review is to
provide a high-level comparison of SST and NFP IPS
documents, ask Committee members to review the new
NFP IPS and be prepared to comment and potentially
approve at the February meeting. MassMutual has
