October 4-7. A number of Committee and staff members
indicated that they would attend and Paul asked
everyone who planned to do so to let Marife know my
middle April so reservations could be made.
7. Communication to Plan Members Regarding Bob shared the draft communication to plan members
Fund Changes and CITs regarding the changes in funds and the introduction of
CITs, having worked with NFP on the wording. One
issue arose in the Committee’s review of this
communication related to the CIT Small Cap Growth
return of 1.69% Bob indicated he would obtain more
information on this number before the communication
was sent.
8. Date of 2020 Retreat The Committee expressed its desire to hold an annual
retreat. The Committee was divided on whether the
retreat should be the same day or a different day than
the regular quarterly meeting which is scheduled for
November 5. Ultimately, the committee wants to look at
dates in the 3 or 4 week of October for the Retreat.

Paul agreed to work with NFP to identify some
prospective dates. He also indicated he would agendize
an item in May to have the Committee discuss possible
topics / education for discussion.
9. Discussion of Administrative Services This item was postponed to the May agenda.

10. Fiduciary Briefcase Paul reminded the Committee that this item had been
discussed at the November 7, 2019 Retreat and that
Vince had provided an internet review of the type of
material that would be included. In the retreat, Jay
indicated he would provided email addresses for
Committee members and staff. That was not completed.
Lisa agreed to notify Marife of who’s emails should be
provided and Marife will forward that list to Vince. She
and Vince will then begin loading documents, policies,
agendas, minutes and other material that will be placed
on the site. Paul asked that Committee members access
the site and provide their feedback to Vince or Paul with
the understanding that the site, its characteristics and
utility and any recommended improvements be
discussed at the May meeting.
