3. Committee Vote: Once the committee understood the concept and utility of the tool, they
                     voted to adopt the Fiduciary Briefcase.
                   4. Fiduciary Briefcase Access: The County was asked to identify personnel who should have
                     access to the Fiduciary Briefcase. The consultant then provided a communication to these
                     individuals with log-in information, process, passwords, security, etc. The committee will
                     continue to review this tool and recommend additional content and / or personnel who may
                     benefit from access to this tool.




               Following a similar model, other public entities should be able to develop and
               deploy an electronic repository to house important plan-related information
               that serves as a reference for current committee members, is an onboarding
               resource for new committee members, and provides convenient access to plan
               information that is needed for periodic plan audits.
